Inside Sales/Business Development for Software Startup (PT to FT) (Boulder)

In partnership with enterprise content management leader PTC, TechPubs' line of Technical Document Management (TDM) solutions and services enable to airline personnel - in flight operations, maintenance, engineering, and more - to boost efficiency while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Though new to the market, TechPubs' unique combination of cutting-edge technology and recognized industry experience has caught the attention of major carriers around the world. Shortly, we'll announce our first major contracts with leading airline brands, which will dramatically increase our visibility.

We're looking for a technology-savvy inside sales/business development professional to support our existing sales and marketing team. The role involves following up on leads produced by marketing programs; managing our growing customer/prospect list; assisting our sales group in proposal creation; marketing programs support; and some cold-calling.

This position is initially part time but with quick potential for full time, as our business expands - and your experience, motivation, and performance allow.

Required skills and experience:

-Minimum of 5 year of inside/telesales experience, preferably in enterprise software/online services and/or airline technology.
-Experience working with senior outside sales management to create and nurture a successful sales pipeline and support enterprise sales efforts
-Technically savvy quick learner who can understand and communicate product features and benefits for complex software solutions to a range of airline customers.
-Efficient organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a high-volume, fast- paced environment
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills Desired skills and experience -Familiarity with airline industry processes and requirements, particularly flight operations
-Knowledge of enterprise content management software and services
